1. Platform Description
Indi Andaz ( indiandaz.com) is an online marketplace operated by Prilix Labs (Sole Proprietorship), owned and operated by Pritam Nandi. The platform connects buyers with independent third-party sellers. Indi Andaz is an intermediary under the IT Act, 2000 and IT (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2021 — we facilitate transactions but do not manufacture, own, or directly sell the products listed by sellers.

2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age to use Indi Andaz
- You must provide a valid delivery address within India
- You must provide accurate registration and contact information
- By using the platform, you represent that you meet these requirements
3. Account Registration & Responsibilities
To place orders, you may create an account using your mobile number or email. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activity conducted through your account
- Providing accurate name, address, and contact details
- Promptly updating your information if it changes
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised account access
4. Order Process
- Order placement: When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase from the relevant seller
- Order confirmation: You receive an order confirmation email/SMS once payment is authorised
- Seller acceptance: The seller accepts and prepares your order for dispatch, typically within 1–2 business days
- Dispatch: Once dispatched, you receive tracking details via email/SMS
- Cancellation: You may cancel before the seller dispatches the order — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy
5. Payments (PayU)
All online payments are processed through PayU, an authorised payment gateway. Indi Andaz does not store complete card or banking credentials. By making a payment, you also agree to PayU's terms: PayU Terms & Conditions.
If a payment is debited but the order is not confirmed, the amount is reversed by your bank or payment provider per their timelines. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders where available, payment is collected at delivery.
6. Delivery (Delhivery)
Orders are delivered through Delhivery and partner couriers. Estimated delivery timelines (business days, after dispatch):
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Tier 2/3 cities: 5–7 business days
- Remote / difficult areas: 7–10 business days

7. Platform Liability
Indi Andaz acts as a marketplace intermediary. We are not the manufacturer or seller of products listed on the platform. Product quality, accuracy of listings, packaging, and seller-specific warranties are the responsibility of the individual seller.
Disputes regarding product quality, defects, or wrong items are handled per our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Indi Andaz facilitates resolution but does not guarantee product performance beyond what is stated in applicable consumer protection law.
8. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose under Indian law
- Submit false orders, fraudulent payment information, or fake reviews
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Scrape, copy, or commercially exploit platform content without permission
- Harass sellers, other buyers, or platform staff
- Circumvent platform fees, seller policies, or security measures
- List or purchase prohibited items (weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, etc.)
9. Intellectual Property
All Indi Andaz branding, logos, website design, software, and platform content are owned by Prilix Labs and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Product images and descriptions on listings belong to the respective sellers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from platform content without written permission.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in West Bengal, India.
Seller use of Meta & social automation
If you use optional tools that connect your Facebook Page, Instagram professional account, or Messenger to Indi Andaz, you agree that you are responsible for your own content, your keyword rules, and compliance with Meta’s Platform Terms, Community Standards, and applicable laws. You must not use automation to send spam, misleading messages, or content that violates Meta’s rules or Indian law.
Indi Andaz provides software to help sellers respond to their customers; we do not control Meta’s APIs or availability. Features may change if Meta changes its policies or technical requirements.
The public marketplace terms for buyers remain separate; this section applies to sellers using the seller portal, seller app, and connected social features.
