Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Partner
Indi Andaz primarily uses Delhivery for order fulfilment across India. In some cases, verified partner couriers may be used where Delhivery coverage is unavailable.
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout via Delhivery based on product weight, dimensions, and your delivery pincode. The exact amount is shown before you confirm your order.
Free delivery applies on products or listings explicitly marked “Free delivery” by the seller. Promotional free-shipping offers may apply from time to time and are shown at checkout.
Final shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Timelines below are business days, counted from seller dispatch (not order placement):
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Tier 2/3 cities: 5–7 business days
- Remote / difficult areas: 7–10 business days
Delays may occur during festivals, peak seasons, weather events, or courier network disruptions. Timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
4. Order Processing Time
Sellers typically dispatch orders within 1–2 business days of order confirmation and payment verification. Processing may take longer during sales, holidays, or for made-to-order items — any extended timelines are noted on the product page where applicable.
5. Order Tracking
After dispatch, you receive a Delhivery tracking link via email and SMS (if your mobile number is on file). You can also track your order from your account orders page. Tracking updates depend on courier scan events and may occasionally be delayed.
6. Failed Delivery
Delhivery makes up to 3 delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed:
- The package is returned to the seller
- You are contacted to reschedule or confirm cancellation
- For prepaid orders, a refund is issued minus applicable shipping charges once the return to seller is confirmed
- COD orders that fail delivery incur no charge to you
7. Serviceable Pincodes
Delivery is subject to Delhivery pincode coverage. Enter your pincode at checkout to confirm serviceability. We currently ship within India only; international delivery is not available.
8. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders where the seller has enabled COD for the product, your pincode is serviceable by Delhivery, and the order meets platform limits. A COD handling fee may apply — it is calculated at checkout (typically based on Delhivery rates and order value) and displayed before you place the order. If COD is unavailable for your pincode or cart, you can pay online via PayU.
9. Incorrect Address
Please verify your delivery address at checkout. Contact us immediately after placing an order if you need to change the address — changes may not be possible once the order is dispatched. Indi Andaz is not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
